NECB Submittal Document.

The NECB 2020 will apply to ALL buildings that are non-residential and greater than 300m2 in total floor area; as well as to all Part 3 buildings (F1, Assembly, nursing homes with >10 units, buildings of more than three storeys, buildings more than 600m2 in footprint.)
